(1) After publication of the notification of the date of election in accordance with section 5 of the Ordinance, the Commission shall publish the voter list, issue complaints against the claims on the voter list, investigate the complaint and publish the final list, register the nomination papers of the candidates, publish the list of the candidates whose nomination papers have been registered, Filing complaints against candidature claims, scrutinizing nomination papers and complaints, publishing the list of nominated candidates, withdrawing names by candidates, publishing the final list of candidates, providing election symbols to candidates and determining the election schedule including the date, time and place of voting. (2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the notification of the election program determined by the Commission shall be published in the Nepal Gazette.
